your log show entries from both postfix and sendmail - that looks bad to me - from my experience, they can *not* co-exist on a machine.
in my view you should UNinstall sendmail, then reinstall postfix - or maybe even better UNinstall sendmail, then UNinstall postfix. hope this helps, wolfgang
