Unfortunately, we are not psychic and cannot determine what the problem might be with the amount of information you gave us. What version are you running? Are you using AWL, Whitelisting, Autolearning, SQL Based Prefs? What platform are you on? What type of spam doesn't get caught anymore and what does the SA report say? We need more details to help you.
