Scoring specific languages up/down

Is it in any way possible to add a specific score to a message identified by 
TextCat to be in a certain language? Spam with Norwegian content are few and 
far between, and I would like to assign a hefty negative score to "domestic" 
e-mails.

(I've tried adding
add_header all Languages _LANGUAGES_

and then checking for the existence of this header with the appropriate 
language code, but that didn't seem to work)
