I've always used "-i 0.0.0.0 -A 127.0.0.1 -A 10.1.2.3 -A 1.2.3.4" instead of a comma separated list.

I don't trust parsers to do the right thing in that case, especially
if the comma separated list seems to be what appears in documentation.
Color me paranoid. It is nice to know both work.
