It will patch against this path: lib/Mail/SpamAssassin/Plugin/DomainKeys.pm from the root of your source. If you installed it against the installed .pm or against the devel package I don't know if that will work since I don't know if the make changes anything in it. I think patching will just patch, it doesn't know how the original should look like. Aside from that, is the Mail::DomainKeys module now installed for sure?
