I don't know what TW_DF is, it's not a standard rule.  I just sent myself a
card:

HTML_50_60,HTML_EXTRA_CLOSE,HTML_MESSAGE,MIME_HTML_ONLY

HTML_EXTRA_CLOSE is the biggie at 3.6 for set3.  HTML_50_60 is 0.1 in set3.
The rest are basically 0.

FORGED_YAHOO_RCVD is 1.8, but if the card was sent to you from a yahoo.com
address, it was technically "forged" since all yahoo.com mails should come
from a Yahoo server.
