Very odd. Scott Gillespie is the registrant of the domain. The
headers are not forged - he used the webmail interface that cames with
most ".ws" domain registrations. The mail doesn't identify itself as an
advertisement, but it also doesn't seem to be selling anything. This
seems a borderline case for CAN-SPAM; It is probably UBE (did it register
on any digests?), but it may not be UCE - what CAN-SPAM tries to regulate.
The footer at the bottom, "Global Domains International..." are the people
who operate the ".ws" TLD, and it was added (like Hotmail or Yahoo! does)
when their webmail was used.

BTW. The domain does have working abuse, postmaster and a contact
email. There isn't much to go after - it doesn't seem to break any of the
CAN-SPAM Act conditions and doesn't meet the California "fraud" statute
conditions (i.e. no forgery or obfuscation).

The domains makingdreamsreality.{com, net} both seems a little slimy,
but there is no apparent relationship. makingdreamsreality.{org,us} are both
"owned" by the same person as each other and are parked at Network Solutions.
".ws" domain registrations don't give much data to work with.

It looks like it may have just been a "probe" to check if your email
account was valid.
