In fact, my top-level Spam folder contains SpamAssassin (for stuff
automatically tagged), FalsePositives, Uncaught (false negatives), and a
couple of spam trap folders for old addresses that only collect spam. Most
of my email is automatically filed, and my Inbox is largely either spam or
cc's of mailing list replies. ;)
Right now my nightly sa-learn cron job runs over the Uncaught and
FalsePositive folder, on the assumption that everything else has gone
through the auto-teach.
Meanwhile, the border MTA (sendmail + MIMEDefang + SA + ClamAV) rejects all
mail with scores above 10.
