when is the configuration file to enable this feature?
Anything you add in those files will be active when Spamassassin is restarted
(I think that's when as I restart it whenever I make changes; Please anyone,
correct me if I'm wrong. It would be nice not to restart if it's unnecessary).
If you use spamd you can -HUP it.
