sender in blacklist_from but message is delivered to recipient

Hello,

my conf is:
postfix-2.3.2
spamd 3.1.4
blacklist_from in sql.

The problem is that spamd delivers message even when the sender
is on blacklist_from - in logs i see - user_in_blacklist.

Any idea ?
