That's a great question.  I run a small server at home for myself and a
few others, so I can still take a quick look through the mail going to
the spamtrap account for stuff like that before letting it get
reported/learned.  Also, I don't do it that often because it doesn't
take much to start a flood, and also, really, who wants to be wasting
their time going to spam web sites.  I have to say, though, that I've
never once gotten an e-mail about being unsubscribed from a spam web
site.
