It appears that under 1% of spam is abusing shortening redirectors.  
~40% of the shortening redirector spam has local-only spamassassin 
scores below the 5 point threshold.  We'll see next
Saturday how it scores with all network rules.

Could you please quote the old messages and not post messages inside a 
thread with completely removing the old message?
