Same for 3.2.x, that's the only one in stock SA rules. With a merely
informational score of 0.001. All other rules are local ones.

Moreover, according to the given headers, that mail clearly is NOT
considered spam. Whatever rejects the messages does so for a reason
unrelated to SA.
