Rpm.spec files tells what other rpms is needed, same does cpan, if perl is installed from cpan and not installed from distro
Dont mix repros that are not designed to your running os
SA has always been built from source here.
Good as long you make sure output from "spamassassin 2>&1 -D --lint | less" does not show missing anything
