Almost all MUAs I've ever used hide the From: address in favour of the full name if it is present. And most of them have no option for revealing the address, either. My alter ego complained about this back in 2012 on the DMARC list, but was given a lot of pushback... which makes DMARC essentially useless for preventing spoofing. Great.
