This is actually the default behavior.
The SVN admin must explicitly enable the editing of revision properties
(using a pre-revprop-change hook) in order to allow this.

Hello,
is it possible to forbid editing a revision property ( e.g:
svn:author, svn:date, svn:log )?
The problem is, that I want to use subversion in the company I
work and due some certifications we have to guarantee that such
things can't be changed by a user after a "write" ( or commit in
svn case ).
I'm running a Linux server ( debian lenny ) with apache2
SVN repositories will be accessed via webDAV.
