Is "repoe5r" the name of the repository or a directory under the repository? From your email, it looks like repoe5r is the name of a directory under the repository.
You can rename the directory, and it won't change the history. Subversion will understand that the name of this directory name was changed. However, there are some secondary effects you should be aware of: * All developers will now have to run "svn relocate". * Some Subversion commands (like svn log) may need a bit of tweaking to work if you specify the entire directory name.
