Looks like they've fixed it. Here's a link to latest Subversion packages for SLE 11: https://build.opensuse.org/package/binaries?package=subversion&project=devel%3Atools%3Ascm%3Asvn&repository=SLE_11 If you add the repository linked from this page to yast you can install the packages via yast.
