Mario, Did you check what your Apache server logs say when the problem happens? You already quoted this error: "Could not open the requested SVN filesystem". Is there any more information in the server logs that might shed some light on it? Without more information I would suppose that this is a problem in your setup until we get confirmation of this problem from someone else.
