I don't think that the problem is with your SVN clients, they work on
thousands of computers the same way. Give some more detail about how
exactly your clients access the repositories, for example do you use
svnserve, svn+ssh or http? You wrote that everything is installed on
your server, but not what exactly is used by the clients. You should
provide the configuration for your used access method, too.
