RE: svn server binaries for windows 2003

Have my current svn server on windows 2003 with apache. Looking to
upgrade to svn 1.7.1 from 1.5

Looked at subversion edge. Is there an easier way wherein I can just
replace the 1.5 binaries with 1.7.1 binaries?
