Ability to work remotely, without direct access to the central Subversoin
repository, for personnel with laptops or development sites that want to
record changes or branch locally and commit centrally only when completed.
That's even trickier, especially if you don't allow mixed solutions like
git2svn. But git2svn does not support the use of "Id" or "Version" keywords.
