Git smudge / Clean / Filter alike in Subversion ?

Hi all,

I am looking for some Git smudge / clean capabilities in subversion to 
be able to "clean" code before pushing it into the repository, as long 
as filters do be able to diff binary files with for example some 
embedded tags.
