Wonderful: my female friends in computing, including my wife, have sometimes found it difficult. Although, there is something disturbing about the description"Gnome Woman" initiative. It's difficult not to picture short women with red caps and well groomed beards, one on every lawn in a suburb, mandated by their local housing association. If you have any issues with getting cleanly built Subversion packages without oddnesses of local libraries in development environments, let me know. (I've dealt with a lot of that lately....)
