I agree. Choosing to log that rather than the replayed revision certainly violates the principle of least surprise. Worse (in my eyes, at least) is that svnserve alone is choosing to log this low-water-mark, while mod_dav_svn logs the actual replayed revision. That's just buggy. -- C.
