It's just a clean installation nothing else.

What exactly have you performed then? An upgrade or a clean install?

The client-side error you've specified earlier in this thread is not really 
helpful, you can see it if you attempt to access non-existent repository or the 
repository is somehow broken.

Have you checked the VisualSVN Server log? It should've been the first step of 
your investigation in fact. So please check the VisualSVN Server log for some 
clues and hints on the root cause. See "Where VisualSVN Server logs are stored"

What is the *exact* error message? BTW did you manually modify any of internal 
repository files (e.g. "/format", "/db/current" files)? Did you restore the 
repository from a backup maybe?
