The client-side error you've specified earlier in this thread is not really helpful, you can see it if you attempt to access non-existent repository or the repository is somehow broken. Have you checked the VisualSVN Server log? It should've been the first step of your investigation in fact. So please check the VisualSVN Server log for some clues and hints on the root cause.
