Sorry, I guess I was not very clear.  The Japanese cover page is there
alright but the links on that page to the single[4] and multi-page[5]
versions lead to pages that are *not* related to the book.  In the past,
these link did get you to the Japanese translation of the book.  They no
longer do.  The original domain may have been taken over.

My Japanese skills are not up to such a task (besides me being too busy
with other things).  Perhaps that "nabetaro", who did the (unfinished)
translations at [2], can be nudged into working on this?
