This assertion failure has been reported a few times before, for example earlier this year, where someone found it was because they had a directory named "c:" in their repository. (The ":" character is not legal for use in file or directory names on Windows.) http://svn.haxx.se/tsvnusers/archive-2013-01/0123.shtml What were you doing when this error occurred for you? Do you have any files or directories in your repository with names that are illegal on Windows?
