Thanks Andrew, I've found that with a very small effort and a little manual configuration, I can produce a reasonably formatted post without upsetting the modern conventions used by most of the others within our business. Having said that, I've applied QuoteFix on my Outlook Express at home (some time in the past). I'm reluctant to apply it on my work computers, though - if our firewall even allows downloads from SourceForge (it's a bit fussy in some very odd ways).
