Obviously, "enable-auto-props = yes" should enable auto-props and "enable-auto-props = no" should disable them. "no" is the default according to the documentation: http://svnbook.red-bean.com/en/1.7/svn.advanced.confarea.html#svn.advanced.confarea.opts.config
