Hi Team,
We are installing subversion 1.9.3 on windows 2008.
After the installation when i am trying to open the svnadmin/svnserve
its giving me error,saying that libsvn_delta-1.dll is missing.
When i checked the dll is very much there,yet its giving this error.
Could anyone please help us on this.

Which client are we talking here? Did you build the client from source
yourself? If so, is libsvn_delta-1.dll located in the same directory as
svnadmin.exe? Are you running svnadmin.exe from a local disk or some
network/WebDAV drive?
