Jag vill skapa en mall där sidhuvud och sidformat är olika på sida 1 och övriga sidor Ex på sida 1 ska företagsnamn, logga, adress mm finnas, men på sida 2 och framåt endast logga och sidnummer. Hur löser jag detta enklast? Vänligen, Ian Wennerholm
