Hi, I don't use T4, so I don't tell that the following will work, but it is probably worth a try. HiveMind Utilities (http://hivetranse.sourceforge.net) have a hiveutils module (ie jar) which includes a ServletFilter dedicated to GZIP compression (in both direction if needed), you might want to take a look at it and share the results of your experiments.
