It basically works when I do the following.
try {
response.sendRedirect("../Error");
} catch (IOException e1) {
e1.printStackTrace();
}
But this is quite dirty.
In the above snippet I can show the error page. But I need to set an error
message to the error page.
This makes me manually do url encoding.
I expect the framework to do all that for me.
I would expect to be able to do something like the following:
@InjectPage
private Error errorPage;
@SetupRender
private Object loadDetails(){
....
//id not found
errorPage.setErrorMessage("No valid id " + id);
return errorPage;
}
