Strange Exception page T4.1.1

The exception page renders over the content. When I click the plus icon 
of the Tree component (Tacos 4.1.0-SNAPSHOT on Tapestry 4.1.1) I get 
unreadable exception page.

Can this exception be written out to console, so I can read it?
