I think you can do this quiet easily overriding the "dojoDialog" css class (assigned by Dialog template to dialog div).
I'm not sure about it though because I?m trying to use Dialog component without success (see my msg on the list): are you using Dialog in Tapestry 4.1.2 without problems?
