What I meant by "header override failed to work" ...
The original layout.css image appears in Mozilla. IE nothing appears. So my
header override is as if it does not exist.
Could there be a reserved work collision with header? I did try headermain
but that did nothing.
I also cleared mozilla cache. No relief.
