I'm not sure to quite understand your problem, but in case your concern is to retrieve the values of the checkboxes, please take a look at a previous thread at http://markmail.org/search/?q=list%3Aorg.apache.tapestry.users+dynamic+form#query:list%3Aorg.apache.tapestry.users%20dynamic%20form+page:1+mid:n7mevugncgalq6kt+state:results (I had a similar problem): it's about radiogroups, but the way of handling checkboxes is similar.
