I just published a new article on my Tapestry 5 with Scala article list.
This one deals with how one can use Xstream and T5 events to make url
like "http://server/blog/article/view:xml/1" or
"http://server/blog/article/view:json/1" produce XML and JSON output.
Even if you don't know Scala, it may be interesting since Tapestry
events system is a really powerful part of the framework, and a lot of
user seem to don't know how it's related to URL. Moreover, Scala code is
rather understandable for a Java developer (and all in all, Scala is
good language to learn :)
This first article about T5 event and Xstream is rather basic, and just
set up the thing to make them work.
It's here :

Have a nice reading !
