hi keerthy,
first you have to tell the BeanEditor to process the collection by
contributing the Collection type to the DataTypeAnalyzer:
public void
contributeDefaultDataTypeAnalyzer(MappedConfiguration<Class, String>
configuration)
{
configuration.add(Collection.class, "collection");
}

Editing Collections in BeanEditForm
Hi,
I am trying to use a BeanEditForm to create/edit/update an POJO. I am
having
an issue where I have a List<> collection property in my POJO. This
property
just fails to appear in the page when I use a beaneditform. I did a quick
search of the mails and see that adding collection support for tapestry
was
in the TODO list an year back.
Is support for collections now available? If yes, where can I see the docs
for that. If no, then how to extend the beaneditform to write my
customeditform to handle these collections (or any custom type for that
matter) but still retain the error validation and other cool features of
the
beaneditform.
Thanks,
