Specifically the section under "Tapestry Namespace".

Basically, you can still merrily use tapestry_5_0_0.xsd, but you'll miss out on some of the new templating features in 5.1 (t:remove, for example).

This is to ensure backwards compatibility (ie, avoids naming conflicts in the upgrade).
