When I change org.apache.tapestry5.corelib.components.Errors_zh_cn.properties org.apache.tapestry5.internal.ValidationMessages_zh_cn.properties to org.apache.tapestry5.corelib.components.Errors.properties org.apache.tapestry5.internal.ValidationMessages.properties It is ok now. but I feel a little strange about this way.
