Is there any way to hide ajax error in tapestry? I am using tapestry-jquery

The error is related to the refreshing of zone and resetting the type of the
form error is given below
Communication with the server failed: TypeError: Cannot set property
'enctype' of undefined
Ajax failure: Status 200 for #{url}: TypeError: Cannot set property
'enctype' of undefined
But I would like to know if I can hide the error so that users can not see
it?
BTW if someone has a way to solve the error I would appreciate it if they
share :)
