I commented out the line to see if the the "jquery" line was working. The Scriptaculous Trait only applies for prototype and that's exactly what happens. If I set
SymbolConstants.JAVASCRIPT_INFRASTRUCTURE_PROVIDER,"jquery" the Scriptacolous trait does nothing.
