They will be present in classpath if you won't exclude them. I'm not familiar with Netbeans, but in Eclipse Sysdeo Plugin I have to manually remove them, so you should check your runtime classpath.
You can also try to build a war and look at WEB-INF/lib folder to check if these files not there.
