JS error ajaxformloop

I'm seeing the following error in my console while adding rows to the
AjaxFormLoop. I discovered the issue in alpha-22 and upgraded to alpha-28
to find it still existed.

TypeError: newElement.trigger is not a function

return newElement.trigger(events.zone.didUpdate);
