Yep, that's directly related to TAP5-2029. I suppose you're already using
one of the latest T5.4 betas, right? Before 5.4, the annotations weren't
copied at all.
Could you please write a test that reproduces the problem? It'll help us a
lot finding a solution. The implementation of TAP5-2029 was quite tricky
and I don't expect it to cover all cases yet.
