Does anyone knows, how to solve localization in tiles-dexf.xml any its
language clones?
Or in which session parameter is stored information about localization code?

This is curious, tiles-jsp-2.0.5 and the other are 2.0.6.
Try to align all of them at 2.0.7, though I don't think that it will
fix your problem:
