If the person who knows the isapi filter is on this list and is willing to look at this - I'm willing to give them a copy of the code. It's a very simple servlet and it's just 2 clicks to make this problem occur.

I think you need the help of someone who knows the isapi code better than I do - or at all even ;) What would help is the simplest possible test case that shows this issue.
