Daily log rotation?

Is there any way of getting Tomcat to start its standard logs 
(stdout_yyyymmdd, jakarta_service_yyyymmdd, etc) new each day, rather 
than continuing to append to the log which was started days ago when I 
last restarted the Tomcat service?
